When I saw the ad I knew my friend would love it. I am surprising her and had to call her sister for the type phone she had. Sending it from the Netherlands' to the States so she hasn’t gotten it yet but know I will hear her screams of joy from here when she opens the package. It looks like a hard case in the adverts, but it's plastic. It isn't shiny like in the advert, which was part of the appeal. A bit disappointed but I do like the personalization.
