I don’t know if I spelled one of the kids name wrong or it was done wrong at your location, but we repaired the name Emily. When the carpet arrived it was spelled Emiley. It is really Emily. No e. We think that we made a pretty good repair. This is our second carpet. The name was spelled correctly on the first carpet order. Other the. That everything else is fine.
Very nice. We don’t use it for outdoors as it’s not heavy duty. We use it at the foot of the upstairs and everyone can see it. I would suggest going with the 36” mat.

It is super cute. I have it going in from the garage to the kitchen, which is where the kids all come in. It’s very soft and it stays put.
An interesting novelty product that catches one’s attention. Customer service was very good and took care of an initial problem quickly. The floor mat itself is rather light duty. I would have preferred a heavier duty mat.
I do love it but 1 of the names was misspelled so I am trying to figure out how to fix that.

I thought it was gonna be bigger and outdoor mat. It’s really just an indoor mat that we’ve put inside the front door, not by any Stretch a traditional welcome mat
Love the rug but I didn’t want a black one, I wanted gray or light brown but those colors were not available when I purchased it. The white one became dirty so quickly which was disappointing. That’s the reason for only 4 stars. Love the rug and the grandkids love the rug, but it will go away soon because we have to wash it so often. If I had a different color, it’ll be 5+ stars! and I’d buy another if other colors were offered, but you can’t change your production for just me so we’ll enjoy it till we don’t and I’ll put the rug back there that was there that this new rug replaced.

The mat is really cute. Looks just like the add. Price was good. The shipping was a little slow, address given was US, but I think it was shipped from outside the USA.
